About Me

As an Integrative Counsellor I have worked in a variety of settings, including the charity sector, providing a confidential, non-judgmental space for clients to discuss the difficulties that arise in their lives.  I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including depression, low mood, anxiety, sexuality, childhood abuse, loss, relationships, anger, identity issues and self-harm.

Being an Intergrative Counsellor means that I have been trained in a variety of models of counselling (including but not limited to psychodynamic, humanistic, relational and body psychotherapy).  We are all individuals and this allows me to tailor my approach to best suit my clients.

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the Minster Centre and am a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), abiding by their ethical framework.
